I like to challenge myself, especially through sports. Cycling combines physical exercise with being outdoors and exploring new views as well as enhancing my mental well-being. I am curious about new things and am inspired to discover more. I also appreciate the little things - intangible ones such as sensations, moments, or people who add peace and joy to the world. I like the quote that says: Nothing in life is easy. But that’s no reason to give up. You’ll be surprised what you can accomplish if you set your mind to it. After all, you only have one life, so you should try to make the most of it.

I respect the environment and the beauty of nature. My goal is to explore the outdoors more and to inspire people to live a happier, healthier and more productive life.

I start by putting the situation into perspective. I focus on the good and try to keep my thoughts balanced and truthful about the difficult situation. I do my best to find ways to solve the problem. And if the situation is one that I cannot control, I remind myself that I am not defined by this one situation. I learn from it, live with it, and accept the outcome.
